How To KNOW Exactly What To Do Before You Do It

Every action has an equal an opposite reaction.

Every thing you do has a consequence.

Sometimes big. Sometimes small.

Sometimes good. Sometimes not so good.

Either way, if you take an action you are going to get some kind of result. We are all familiar with this process.

When it comes to something like eating food, you can usually tell if what you ate was supportive or unsupportive for you based on how you feel and any reactions that show up after you've eaten the food.

This is called post-cognition:

You do something and then you see what happens.

You fuck around and then you find out.

But what if I told you there was a way to know if something is going to be supportive or unsupportive for you before you even do it?

This is called pre-cognition.

You find out before you fuck around.

When it comes to food, you can know exactly what to eat and how much to eat before you even eat it.

Amazing, right?

So let me show you how to do it.

While there are a number of different tools you can use, I find muscle testing to be one of the simplest to learn and teach.

I use what's called a "duck bill test" to tap directly into my subconscious to ask questions about what the best decisions to make will be in regards to my nutrition and various other choices that I may not have a clear answer to otherwise.

At the risk of sounding overly complicated for something that's actually pretty simple, I won't try to battle my way through an explanation with text.

If you feel called to take a deeper dive and you'd like some additional support, I'd love to help any way I can. Just reply to this email to start the conversation or book a call with me.

I can't wait for you to experience the power of this tool in your life. It completely changed the way I approached my nutrition and every other tough decision I've had to make.

Always with love,

Nathan Barna
